Assorted Product
For Aptive Environmental (2020-2021)
The purpose of these products are to go beyond a screenprinted Gildan shirt or pad printed tumbler by providing quality and intentional products that would be appreciated by the employees of Aptive Environmental reps for a long time. My approach was to use color, material, textures, and subtle detailing to create a moment of reflection when first held in hand. This manifested itself in instances such as designing illustrations for quilted fabrics (bean bag chair), using flat faced pile fleece (pullover hoodie), and experimenting with cordura textures (backpack). These qualities would reveal themselves in the hand of the employee creating a moment of suprising and sparking a relationship with the product, and through that a relationship with Aptive.
